I didn't do the coolant bypass because it can get pretty cold where I live and I don't want any issues. Car works awesome with it hooked up. |

Hi Guys,
I had swapped my 1NZFE chip into the 1ZZFE throttle body but after one day of driving... CEL light up.. error code 0172 (fuel trim too rich bank 1) I reset my ecu, and drove again... and the next day... the same error code came out.... ![]() These two codes came when i was moving off slowly and with air con on. I swapped the 1ZZFE chip (part number #22030-0D030) back onto the throttle body and there's no CEL till now. But i could feel rpm oscillations when car was slowing down. By adjusting the idling screw, does it helps to remove the oscillations? Should i stick to 1ZZFE chip or try making the 1NZFE chip works? ![]() Thanks everyone!

Leave the 1NZ chip in. That's the way I have it and it works great.
