Here is the deal. I'm less worried about this guy (who will *never* set foot back in this country) than I am about a lot of people walking around freely, even after murdering people. They get a few years, if any, then parole, and out.

You have a VERY good point there .... our system is jacked up. :/ I've spent 6 years total so far in school for Criminal Justice (lol and still don't have my degree ... haha) and learned very quickly about how jacked up our system is.

That goes to show you that the law needs to stick for some of the characters that are on our streets. I now in NY, people do get out on good behavior, then go on parole and repeat the same crime. If you commit murder, or do a homicide, rape, anything that has to do with harming a human being, should never see the light of day, thats my opinion. Hang um I say hang um.

Ok so he won't set foot back in the US...does that make him any less of a Criminal in the rest of the world? What is he does it to somone else...the mighty US should do what they always do...send the Delta force into Fance and bring him back there and feed him to the otehr prisoners at rikers.
