i mean that when i closed the side mirrors with the switch find inside the car, they seem to make a rusty sound.like if the mechanism got rust

OK - So they are the power folding ones. I would open them up, clean the little plastic gear box, and then re-lube it with a plastic friendly lubricant. The gear box for moving the glass is behind the mirror, but the gear box for folding is behind the mounting area, so you'll want to dismount the mirror to get at it.
