BEST INVESTMENTS: Ebay purchased shortened shifter throw, CNC'd to Toyota Specifications but half the price. Factory MUD FLAPS. TRD filters and rear swaybar. ROSTRA CRUISE for my 08 Yaris Manual Tranny equipped model. 225/50r-15 Falken ZE-912's on 15x7 light alloys - yeah baby !!

WORST INVESTMENTS: Additional non-TRD underbracing ( NOT A TRACK RACER ), rear wing, exhaust mods - quiet and stealth keeps everyone happy.

MORE BEST INVESTMENTS I FORGOT: Redline 75W-90NS in the manual transmission, speed shifting is super smooth at any temperature. It takes approximately 2 quarts of the THIS NON-DIFFERENTIAL SLIP additive fluid. I double checked my paperwork to be absolutely sure of what I used in the two days after buying my then new 08 Yaris. Royal Purple oil based on climate conditions with a TRD Filter. I only use non-ethanol gas and add LUCAS Octane boost exclusively via bulk Ebay purchase at five dollars a bottle every other tank fill, two years no problems, no check engine lights.
I only use NGK/Denso Iridium plugs in all my vehicles, GREAT the Yaris had them already installed !!
HELLA NON-ULTRAVIOLET 100w-High/80w-Low headlight bulbs and they beat and outlast anything comparable on the market even though they are under ten dollars a piece. No complaints from on-coming drivers when using the low-beam position. The key is that they are non-ultraviolet thus much less irritating HIDS with my light coverage too. The Sylvania SilverStar would be my second choice and these can be found at WAL---LY---MART etc.
