Does the OP do anything besides bash TOYOTA these days .

Like we planned 2 YARIS with same head gasket leak . Care less about seniority on this site , don't mean squat .

You don't think $2.50 a gallon is cheap???

Try living in another country where you might be paying over $8/gal.

I bet you have no problem paying $1-$1.50 for a 16 ounce bottle of water though. Or $6.00 for a bag of popcorn (worth about 25 cents) at the movie theater.

And do you think it's the big evil oil companies charging a ridiculous $2.50?
Actually, they get a small portion of it. The US government makes more on gas doing NOTHING than the oil companies that do all the work. Then of course there's all the other people that have to get paid. Trucking companies/drivers and gas stations.

A lot of work goes into getting a gallon of gas into your gas tank. Isn't it already a good deal that it's cheaper than soda?
