Cruise control install 2009 Yaris 3 door

Hi everyone,

I want to hear the confirmation again. I read the thread and somewhere it is said that a European Yaris 09 cannot install cruise control using the method described above, is it true, and in that case, are there any other ways to install it myself without getting to dealer (who would ask for more than 500 Euro). European ECMs definitely don't have the OEM cruise control.
