Henry, I shot a PM to Kara, when I saw this posted, but forgot about you. I believe that the Rostra aftermarket cruise control will work on European Yaris, since it has its own controls, and simply overrides the gas pedal input to the ECM (which is wired the same on US and European Yaris). It requires a bit of work to install, but for this price, if it works, it would be the cheapest option for you.
