main 14mm bolt ajustment is hard

last meccanic tried too much to adjust the alternator..this is the reason why the bushing is "turn in" inside the casting

no I am unable to remove bushing or make it move

I really need help !

OK - I was thoroughly confused until I just took a look to refresh my memory. That part is not designed to be replaced. I think I would either drill it out, or cut it out and then just use a longer bolt with a washer and a lock nut.

how about grinding the casting near pan of the bushing ?

Sure. The bottom line is either get it out of there or get it to let you pass a bolt through it. Another option would be to pull the alternator and weld it so it won't rotate.
