i think youre wrong. lets give up our rights to have weapons, vote, and drive cars as well...lets see...people get in car accidents...so let's just save everyone's lives by not allowing anyone to drive. all because one kid can't hold his tongue??? no way...put his ass in jail where he belongs. and if he gets there a few more times...death. he deserves it for being a public nuisance.
