Where to start??????

2nd is with the body kit

3rd is when I CF wrap the hood, eyeleds and trow on some flairs..

4th is CF wrap the trunk

That is SICK. How does the CF fabric hold up on the exterior?

It holds up vary well. I have no problems with it holding in rain and the high Ca. heat. As long as you use the 3M Super 77 spray your fine..

I still can't get used to people "wrapping" with carbon. Where I come from, carbon is used on its own to make lighter-weight parts than you can with either metal or fibreglass.
Each to his own, and it does look good, but it's just wrong to add all that weight...

Well FYI the sedan hood and trunk are vary vary light. To be honest the real Carbon Fiber hood weigh's the same as the stock hood. So there is not any weight gain on the car. Why spend $300-400 for a real CF hood that I can do my self for around $40-50 with the same look and weight.

i like the sound of that, now how much would it be to make cf version of all the body parts of the yaris?

A cf hood is about 4 pounds lighter than the stock hood, and a cf trunk is at least 15 lbs lighter due to the rear wiper delete.

yea, and those are probably very rough estimates according to what I've read on here and MI.

Oh ok well I think the sedan and HB have two diffrent weights.
I think the sedan is a tab lightter then a HB.

Heh! Yeah... I'll bet the "carbon" hood you looked at is single-skin fibergalss, with a good ol' carbon wrap just like you've been doing to yours. If it was properly built, with a decent core, and vacuum-bagged, I'll guarantee it could be half the weigh (or less) for the same stiffness.
I'm not knocking what you're doing, I'm just saying that the original reason why carbon is "cool" was because of the weight-savings.
