I don't understand how too light of a pedal results in leg cramps. I can see how too stiff of a pedal would do that. I'm missing something!

People with heavy feet (literally) have to hold their foot up and can't relax. It's normal for the human body to put downward pressure on you feet (pushing down on the peddle) but when the peddle is too light, relaxing you leg would result in WOT.
