I can't believe that the other driver tried to say that the damage was already there. Hope her insurance will cover the cost to repair the damage to your car.

If they won't pay, start suing!!!

I got touch up paint for my Yaris here: http://www.expresspaint.com/. It was $14.95 for a touch up pen. It's embarrassing how I got the scratches.

I tried to get too close to the car with my snowblower in my dirt driveway, hit something and veered into it.

I also got a can of touch up paint for another $17.95. I haven't used any of it yet.
