Yes, that is it. I have had mine in for about two weeks now. The only thing I don't like is that the 'volume knob' is used for more than just volume. Although there are redundant buttons for changing tracks and scrolling folders.
It will plug and play just fine. I found that this one retains use of the AUX function, whereas some of the other Scion/Pioneer headunits have not. -SAV
