OK I went to the dealership today and I am happy to report it's now FIXED! No more cheap car sound.
They said it was a gasket in the exhaust someplace (they called it a donut?). I can get the part # from the invoice if you'd like. Total cost was $175 part & labour. I AM HAPPY. |

To Vinceb, I think that's the gasket they were talking about - it was actually $48 for the gasket and $28 for whatever else ... the rest was labour cost lol. I know I could have brought this anywhere but USUALLY I get some deals when I go to the dealership... like this time they re-adjusted my rear breaks and also tightened my serp. belt for free. EDIT: Part # for the gasket is 17451-21070 (for a 2007 hatch) The bolts are 90901-05020 x 2 and the springs for the bolts are 9051-35036 x2 |
