sometimes if you don't clean the bead of the tire off before mounting them, a little piece of dirt or rust get imbedded in the rubber from the previous rim. I always wire brush the bead off if I'm switching tire from one set of rims to the other.

Yep. Dismount tire and clean where the bead seals.
