^ Using the scanner will not "fix" a CEL problem -- all it does is scan and report.

Adjusting the idle screw might help, but most failures that I read about have to do with air leaks.

There was some discussion that some TB's are different than others and won't work with the Yaris, but I'm not sure about that. The ones I've seen installed carefully all worked fine.

Yea that's where I got the idea from but having issues with the light..... the scanner we used did erase the cel light but I would come back..... ima try adjusting the idle screw hope it works...

You did put the gear back in the throttle body motor, right? Cause I'm not gonna lie... I made that mistake once and the engine wasn't too happy with me
