tanong:
ang mvpi is valid for 1 year only.
tapos ang estimara yata is every 3 years.
may nagsabi sa akin na pwedeng hindi na raw muna ipa-mvpi since valid pa nman ang estimara.
sa aking opinion, never nman talaga nagcheck ang pulis d2 ng mvpi. usually, estimara lang lagi.

YES..you're right..The MVPI is only valid for a year..VALID MVPI cert is required IF:

*you want to sell/transfer your vehicle
*Renewal of estimara

In other countries like US/canada/UK, MOT or MVPI periodic inspection is done every year to certify the vehicle whether fit to drive or to the road(roadworthiness)..

TIP: keep a copy of your MVPI cert as it needed by the dealer to verify your car model/trim code especially in purchasing spare parts.

HiH

@riki, the numbers on your sticker denote the validity of your MVPI - 1 year only. lammo naman sala sa init sala sa lamig ang mga parak dito. pag na-tiyempohan ka, yari ang 300sr-500sr mo. so better be safe than sorry.
