ano kulay ipapalagay mo dyan? powdercoat ba or wet look?

pre actually ke jherton yan hindi sakin ako lang naki pag usap dun sa tropang me ari ng shop nakuha namin yung apat na rim 400sr r17", silver yata papa kulay dyan.
