Yeps..I'm not getting power on the third ignition and spark plugs which result low in torque..the wiring was check OK, they suspect the chip for mapping is damage

Did they replace the coil pack on that plug? With the circuitry within the coil packs, you can't test them with a multimeter, like you could with a traditional coil.

If it is definitely the ECM that is not outputting to that coil pack, it may be a fairly easy repair to replace the driver for that ignition output (which is a transistor).
