Yes I know..but I mean...I pull on the whole steering wheel...or only the middle part where there is the toyota emblem ?

You are only removing the airbag (which is the center portion of the steering wheel), unless you wish to drill the lower steering wheel cover off of the car, or are replacing it with a pre-holed one.
