Because on tickets, when you say not guilty that would follow the judge to ask the officer what happened to prove that you arent guilty and usually the cop doesnt remember the intersection, the street, adress, even how ur car looks or who you are, so they will just tell the judge i dont remember and the judge will say your case is dismissed have a nice day

Why do ppl on yarisworld.com think they are extremely gifted? I WAS IN COURT ON TUESDAY IN A HEARING OF 20 TICKETS YOU DONT THINK I KNOW WHAT IM TALKIN ABOUT! MY UNCLE IS A DETECTIVE HE EVEN TOLD ME TO DO THAT? U DONT THINK I KNOW WHAT IM TALKIN ABOUT! YOU GO PAY $200 FOR A TICKET THAT THE COPS DOESNT EVEN REMEMBER UR NAME AND FOR THE RECORD THEY DONT HAVE THE TICKET THEY WROTE FOR YOU ON THEM...ITS IN A COMPUTER DATABASE AND IF THEIR LAZY ASSES WANT TO GO SEE IT THEN THEY WILL WHICH THEY PROBABLY WONT, SO THEY WONT KNOW THE CASE AND ITS DISMISSED!

You expect the police to remember everyone he/she pulls over in what could be a 6 month time frame from memory? Not going to happen they log all this down, and any prepared officer would bring this info to court with him. |

must be different in the USA, in canada the cops show up prepared, the prosecuter also has all the info, and reads it to the judge, and if an officer doesn't show up they either put it over to another date or the officer sends someone to represent him.. don't kid yourself those cops are at court on time 1 1/2 pay rate usually! |
