I filled up again today I got 43.77 MPG on this tankful, the car is broke in I guess as it had 1398 on the ODO.

i would assume colorado uses winter formulated gas starting in october just as most states do. along with the cooler, denser air, those are good numbers.

id guess you will be up around 44-46 mpg's in the spring when the air warms up and the regular gas blend is back in use.

Theoretically I live in a county that does not participate in the Denver Clean Air program that mandates the use of extra oxygenated fuels, but due to the fact our gas stations are serviced from the Denver refineries I may be getting the "winter fuel". The only way to find out for sure is see what mileage I get in May 2012.

New mileage figure since last week. Filled up today 8.228 gallons vehicle has 1765 miles on it went 367 miles giving 44.60 MPG. It is still climbing. May hit 45 MPG next fill up.
