There are two ignition wires on the Yaris - The Pink wire and the Green Wire on the ignition switch connector. The pink is the primary, so try that first, but the green may also be necessary to keep it running. If that turns out to be the case, you will need to have the turbo timer switch a dual pole relay and then connect the relay to the two circuits.
