if you want to convert from manual(rotary) window to power window, you have to change the whole door assembly of the yaris.
The manual door doesn't have the mounting of the motor and it will come on different trim/fabric. Your best bet is to buy from the scrapyard a complete door assy from a yaris y or yx package and ensure the harness, switches, trim, mechanism and glass is complete. The only thing you have to do is re-paint the door to match the color of your car. IF I WERE YOU, I will just sell the car and get the Y or YX package as the cost of modding to power package is high. This is only for me and no offense  the price different between fleet and y is around 3~4k upon purchase...
