Those are unusual prices today. To say the least. But in some areas of the country where people walk around with their knuckles dragging on the ground and dont understand the goodness of Toyota and Yari its possible I guess.
 Here in NJ a local dealer is selling a 2002 ECHO with 127k on it for $6695. These are some of the most reliable cars ever made plus they get outstanding fuel economy. The public is starting to catch on a little Im thinking.
