Thanks, one thing I regret not doing was videotaping this (lesson learned) I was watching this outside my window and trying to memorize his license plate number

You can fix this yourself and make virtually less noticable.
1. Use rubbing compound to remove marks made,either by hand,or
with a buffer.
2.Buy touch-up paint and carefully touch-up deep scratches,
use a fine brush.
3. Let dry
4.Finish with a good wax.
