Thats fantastic, because I have a Paypal confirmed address in the lower 48 states.

My PAYPAL confirmed address in the United States is a proper street address, not a PO Box.

(I've been using this address since 1998, when I registered on Ebay as a seller / since then I have accumlated over 700 transactions with 100% positive)

And I have bought stuff (and had it sent to my US address) off YarisWorld / 8thGenCivic / Honda-Tech / SpyderChat / NWP4Life / DIYMA etc... with zero problems.
