Actually I have read the whole thread of Derick....I think you have come to the conclusion that is it better to place them at the front...

But I would like to get them in the trunk since we are almost always 2 in the car...

Mid and tweet will go in A-Pillar
Midbass will go in front door
Bass would fo in trunk......what do you think ?

I think you are better of with the sub in the trunk, unless you want to go through all the process of building a complex enclosure that ends up with a funny shape. Even though the I6SW it's amazing after all the hard work.

Also, T/A helps a lot blending and centering the image in the center of the car. For many weeks I could tell that the boom boom was coming slightly from the right and not the center, Time Alignment was a key factor to get it right in the center.

I know this is an expensive hobby, but if you really want the beauty of the Music, you need to have" Active x-overs, Time Alignment, Digital EQ, at least.

others can add their own opinions I'm not a pro, I did learn a lot from my trail and errors in my build, but if I had to do it again, it wouldn't be much different from now, than just more expensive amps, and maybe using all Hybrid-audio gear to be consistent.

We are here to help.
