Picked it up from fedex today. $7 in taxes and $10 brokerage fee :(
All said and done it came out to $110.91 total cost. It's a bit smaller than I thought but works great. I haven't mounted it yet, I just had it sitting in my above steering wheel glovebox on the ride home, and according to the uncalibrated readings I did 6.9 L/100km (34 MPG) average over 11km (6.8 miles) of city driving. My drive to work is partially city, but mostly highway so I'm very interested to see what average trip fuel consumption I'll get. I'm also going to take note of the instantaneous consumption at different cruising speeds. I can't wait :D I'll take some pics once I mount it (going to use the velcro stickies that came with it) and stuff. |
