Glad to hear you and your son are okay! I'm pleased to see you already have an attorney, shame on that foolish driver for not paying attention; make sure your attorney gives her a powerful legal smacking. I hate careless drivers. She should, at best, have her license revoked and be made to take a driving course. Hopefully the law can get her to compensate you for the loss of your vehicle, and the bodily injuries you sustained.

Thanks so much. I know, I wish her license was taken away on the spot. I will definitely keep everyone posted.
