yaris sedan 2008 has engine immobilizer, cause someone tried to steal my car, my car was unlock and my fuse box in the hood was open. I already report it to the police

How can you tell if you have an immobilizer installed ? I have included a pic of my key for my car. I do have power locks on my Yaris, which I really like.

I believe it's the black plastic ring around the ignition (immobilizer)
Vs a metal ring (no immobilizer)
