Dome is a 3022
Trunk is a 3610 not same size as Dome it is a longer Festoon Notice what Chris has is quite blinding.  This is the only LED dome I have seen with the chip board like this. What I have is a 4 LED Dome light and it is nice white light but nothing like above, but if you go e-bay you'll probably be able to find the ignition.
