Item 13 - seat brackets = what seats did you have on them? / what would work with them? what kinda shape are they in?
Item 31 - AC compressor = does it have damage? / would it work if I had all the other parts to go along with it? Also, the red upper rad hose from the motor, is it forsale separately? I'm in Ottawa but I could see about meeting you somewhere or maybe even having some of this stuff picked up by friends in your area Cheers Will |

Correct me if I'm wrong (because the content has been removed) but I could have sworn that these were supposedly Wedge Engineering or Weapon R seat brackets?
They are neither!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what I received was something that cousin Vinny through together with a bunch of scrap metal and some JB weld. I wouldn't use these brackets in a go cart let alone a passenger vehicle!!! AND they aren't a matching set AND only one of them has a seat-belt bracket!!!!!!!!!!!!! ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?? |

In a community where everyone has one thing in common (Yaris in this case), usually there is a comraderie that brings the members together and elevates peoples dealings with their fellow members to something above what you would dole out to total strangers. Its not uncommon for this to lead to people in such forums to be helpful - forthcoming etc…
That’s not what I am feeling at all. -Shame on Me for not asking for decent pictures, -Shame on Me for blindly going into a purchase assuming that a fellow member would never steer me wrong, -Shame on Me for thinking that because you have an implied status on this message board that I should automatically do business with you but shame on you for posting what you did (two items that don't match / are NOT in "awesome shape" / and frankly can't be used (because one doesn't have a seat-belt bracket and the other which does is about to fall off) -why not advise a fellow member that they weren't a matching pair? -why not mention to a fellow member that only one of them has a seat-belt bracket (rendering the second one useless) ? -why describe them as being in "awesome condition" when in fact both of them are in pretty dogged condition and the only one with a seat-belt bracket, the bracket looks like its about to snap off. ? Full disclosure Doesn't seem like an unreasonable expectation to me. On top of all that, the $30 shipping that you quoted me (and I sent you as a gift to save you paypal fees BTW) was actually $19 and a $0.00 box that looks like it was picked out of a dumpster at COSTCO. I’m at work and the brackets are at home, I will post photos when I get home. |
