Just as a side note of the Yaris (one of the best cars I've ever had, and I'm sure in a few years, I'll regret selling it).

I bought it used about 2 years ago from Carmax for $10,998. Carmax just gave me $8,500 for it a couple of weeks ago, and now it's up on their site with an asking price of $12,998.

I just looked up the MSRP back in 2008, and it was $11,550 (3-door Base).

Crazy.
