Everyone, thanks again for the feedback. I'm going on vacation tomorrow, so I won't be able to figure this problem out until after New Year's. Yesterday, I emailed the service manager who I've been dealing with that the latest "fix" didn't actually fix the problem. I thanked him for his professional and courteous service, and that I looked forward to talking to him about this after my vacation.
