And then even so I would suggest having a local automotive shop doing a pre-purchase inspection if you do find a potential car.

If you plan to finance check with your local credit union what you qualify for and get a approval letter and bring it with you to some of your local toyota dealers its a good bargaining chip and will keep them from running your credit over and over which can negatively effect it while you are shopping.

My girlfriend just bought a certified preowned 2010 yaris with only 20k miles on it. Fully loaded 4 door and walked out with a 200 a month payment and put zero down with 3.7 percent interest.
