BOOSTED AND PASSING OBD2 INSPECTION?

I opened the wastegate and attached my k&n filter and mass air directly to my throttle body bypassing the turbo. So far I only have a evap. Emissions code because I lost the purge solinoid under the hood. I have it on order at the toyota dealer.
What a pain in the ass. Next time I will register this thing in some far away place or get a older car to build.

Be carefull you dont over spin that turbo with you wastgate stuck open.

Won't be a problem with it stuck open. If it were stuck closed, however...

Pimp, does Illinois have visual inspection too or just OBD? It looks like you're going way overboard with prepping for inspection. What codes were you throwing with your current setup?
