It is stiff. I discovered with mine (2nd gen) that I had to push in the sides to the point where I thought for sure something was going to snap. It didn't though, and popped free.

anyway most of it is done I passed the speaker wires and positive and negative cables and taped up most the cables to make it look neat. whats left is to connect is the cables to the battery and figure out where im going to bolt the unit to inside, can I jump the negative wire to the negative terminal of the battery so I don't have to look for a grounding srew or bolt? |
