I would say it is tire related. On the CP140 Aurora airplane, which has 4 engines, propeller, there is a device which synchs all 4 engines together to keep them in-phase. (synchro-phaser). This is slightly different than constant RPM (synchroniser).
See the first response to the OP here (see "hummm hummm hummm") My theory is that the tires have worn differently ever so slightly and might be rotating "out of synch". |
