The worst that would come of it is premature wear of the rear shoes (if the ebrake is not tightened all the way and it slips), wearing a flat spot on your rear tires (if the ebrake is tight and the rear gets pulled along) or burning up the clutch or automatic transmission (you would have to really fight the ebrake for a while to do this).
You really can't hurt the rear suspension doing it, as the tires or brake shoes will break free before the suspension gets hurt. In my case, I put the car in reverse, tap the gas, and don't move (but feel the car kid of squat a bit). Then, I release the ebrake and go on my way.
