71+ mph in the 1/4 is good for a 1300cc auto!
As far as faster, if the 1.216 is your reaction time, you could try anticipating the green light to reduce that time. Even if you could cut that time in half, 6 tenths of a second is a lot of time to cut off your quarter without needing your car to be any faster than it is right now. Removing any excess weight for your drag runs, like the spare tire and jack, would help. On a little light car, any removed weight will make it faster. You could also pump up your rear tires to 45 psi to lower their rolling resistance. Also run with all of your windows up and vents closed to lower the wind resistance.
