P0101 and lean condition

I was talking to one of my car guy friends. He suggested that maybe I have a faulty injector or a clogged fuel line. I did some reading and that sounds like it could cause what I'm experiencing (though I still don't know about the P0101). Does that seem likely? I'm running used 1zz injectors.

That is definitely possible. A clogged injector is more likely than a clogged fuel line (although a plugged fuel filter is also possible). You could try swapping back to your original injectors.
