I wanted to add, the neighbors had a ICE Tree branch destroy there window, now one would think you would get it repaired.

Instead they bought a brand new Hyundai Sonata, I don't know if it's a lease or they signed on to one of Hyundai do-not-pay-for-85-yrs contracts. Window destroyed, don't fix it, buy a new car. There former car was a Yaris 07/08.

It sounds as though your neighbors are missing a few marbles when it comes to managing their money.
