I run 16x7 +45 European Toyota TTE Pitlane wheels on my 09 with 205/50/16 tires.

Hmmmm... With a +45mm et, I suppose there should be no fender rubbing problems if lowered...

I assume no rubbing on the inside wells when turning?

No rubbing. Toyota specs them for 195 width tires, so lowered 205's might rub.
