Yaris' don't fare all that well in crash tests either. I drive by three basic rules:

Don't be in a hurry.
Don't be angry.
Don't daydream.

There are two other rules that don't apply to me because I don't need or want a cell phone.

Don't yak.
Don't text.

Yes... or with front wheel drive. That engine got good mileage with a carburetor on it!

That's what I want. Light car tiny engine. Also the ergos of a 2 door Yaris/ECHO.

I love cheap small underpowered economy cars. And a two door base model stick shift Yaris is as close to simple basic reliable frugal transportation as we can get today...

...so that's what I have.
