I used to do that all the time. but im telling you, Toothpaste does the same thing, and no need for tools or taping around or anything. just give it a try and you will see. All you have to do is put some good all Whitening Colgate on a piece of paper towel, and just scrub the lenses. water and you will get MINTY HEADLIGHTS
