Netz is the dealer network Vitz is sold through in Japan much like Scion here. The ist badging on the xA is the same thing with the same grill emblem. They are not Vitz badges.
Netz badge on rear is just pure idiocy.

Not to mention the rear Vitz doesnt even fit... Ive since removed mine because it just bothered me.

Its much much smaller, and you will just be able to make out the holes from the original emblem. I alighned it just right so you could barley see them, but standing close enough, you notice them.

The front fits good though? I've tossed around the idea of getting one because I like that nobody knows what kind of car this is. You knoow, keep' em guessing.

Its a direct replacement.

Our fronts are two piece, as is this one. Its one complete assy., when you get it of course, but if looking to custom paint it, you can seperate the emblem itself from the housing (black part). You will know exactly what i mean after you look at yours, or the pic at the start of this thread.

Thats how I color matched my original toyota emblem.
