^Exactly - You just need one of the radio harness adapters (Like the Metra 70-1761) and the antenna adapter harness (Like the Metra 40-LX11).
The Metra harness comes labeled with the wire functions, so you click it onto the OEM harness connectors and them crimp or solder the wires to their appropriate functions on hour head-unit's harness.
