Does anybody know if the clear JDM Vitz headlights fits 2 door Yaris liftback and if anybody know what are the part number and where can I get them?

Could you be more specific by giving us an example of what you're looking for?

On the side of the headlight there is a orange reflector for USDM Yaris. European and Asian models don't have this. But some models have self levelling headlights with motors or ones with manual electric motors but I don't know which headlight to get that has manual adjustment with no motors and has no reflector (clear).

I have a set but it's slightly damaged. Besides, shipping would cost more than the headlights.

It would be much simpler to use a domestic headlight, bake it in the oven to separate the cover and remove or paint over the orange reflector.
