Wet carpet drivers side back seat floor

In my 2010 Yaris the Passenger back seat bottom carpet is soaking wet, the drivers side front and the drivers side back set are dry. I noticed there is a plug as shown in the picture right where the carpet is getting wet. I should be able to get the plugs from the dealership right?

I think you meant to say that there is not a plug there. Check your glove box, as the Yaris ship from Japan with the plugs in a bag in there and many fail to get installed by the dealership at pre-shipment inspection and remain there.
